I’m Michelle,
I have been serving women and families for over a decade in ways that still leave me with a feeling of such gratitude and awe.
I truly adore my womanhood (something I could not have said years ago). I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a caretaker to many, and above all—a woman who believes deeply in God and His creation of these bodies.
I share my belief in God to remain in humility: none of the healing we seek is possible without faith. Whatever faith is to you, it is welcome here, and so essential (more about that below).
A little more about how I have landed here:
As a young woman, I began my career journey pursuing labour and delivery nursing (BScN, Western University). Here I tended to bodies of all kinds in some of the top facilities in Ontario and gained invaluable insight to the human condition. That path informed so much of why I choose to serve the way I do now. It illuminated the complexities of systemic options, provided intensive experience and understanding of the physical body, and ultimately revealed how deeply women need rich, present care—the kind I feel called to offer in this lifetime.
Caring for woman in birth has been a gift that has shown me what courage and authentic living are—through witnessing the rawness and vulnerability of what it means to bring and nurture life into this world.
I have supported/attended 100+ births in all forms: hospital births attended by obstetricians, hospital births attended by midwives, home births attended by midwives, out of system births, and births in other countries with completely different customs. I have held space for, witnessed, and walked women through infertility, stillbirth, miscarriage, and abortion. I have also supported dozens of families through the postpartum stage—observing both the bliss and the grief of this portal, and seeing how deeply care and grace are needed for mothers, fathers, and their babies.
As my career has progressed, my love and curiosity of the womb deepened and I have persisted in my learning. I continued my education with comprehensive and holistic hands-on pelvic and abdominal bodywork (Ma School), which is now a pillar of my practice. The womb is, after all, at the centre of every woman.
Weaving modalities I have gathered into a practice which I am so proud of, I am gifted with the opportunity to see women in their fullness—returning to wholeness: well, mature, and free women. Able to be the mothers, wives, sisters, and caretakers of many.
Wherever you are on your path, I’m so glad you found your way here—to the narrow path that leads to LIFE.
See you soon, and may God bless you.
Warmly & Lovingly,
Michelle

Welcome
faith + belief in your healing.
You will hear me speak about faith often in my practice. My journey with faith is ongoing and personal, as it is for us all. I experience God in everyday life, and His grace has saved me, uplifted me, and given me hope through many seasons of despair, fear, and illness.
At the age of 14, I was diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, and a retroverted uterus. Over the following eight years, I was repeatedly told that I would struggle to become pregnant, if I was able to at all. I experienced intense pain, fear, anxiety, depression, and anger toward myself. I truly hated being a woman, often praying to be in a different body.
At the same time, I was beginning to unravel the experience of sexual abuse and felt broken and ashamed in ways I could not comprehend. I was unable to digest most foods and became undernourished and depleted.
Some deep part of me did not accept this way of existing and knew there must be another way.
To my surprise, despite being told that there was no way forward other than drugs or surgery, I am now living proof of what has been possible in my own body. My experience has shown me that there can be healing, even in places that once felt hopeless, defeating, and isolating.
I cannot speak to every woman or her unique path to healing, but I do know that my own experience has become a testimony to the body's capacity for change and restoration, even after years of complex and seemingly lifelong symptoms and diagnoses.
It has given me the blessing of seeing what may be possible in cases where others might otherwise lose hope, and it has taught me that our journey toward healing can be a collaboration between ourselves and our Creator.
DO YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN HEAL?
I have been reminded time and time again, both through the women I serve and through my own return to wholeness, that our beliefs about healing can profoundly shape the way we experience our healing journey.
After a decade of researching, learning, and experiencing what I can only describe as miraculous moments of healing, I have come to understand how deeply the beliefs we hold can influence our relationship with our bodies and our experience of physical healing.
When you ask yourself the question, “Do I truly believe I can heal this — endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, painful periods, prolapse, or something else?” notice what you feel and think. Your response may surprise you.
I am here to meet you wherever you are.
Where you are right now is the perfect place to begin.
I cannot take credit for the healing that occurs in my practice. It is simply my hands doing God's work—and thank goodness for that.
It is a blessing to witness the undoing of trauma and the softening of long-held patterns as the body is held with reverence, sometimes for the first time. The softening and reintegration of tissue beneath my hands, in the bellies and wombs of the women I serve, never ceases to amaze me.
There is something profoundly humbling about witnessing a woman return to a relationship with her body that feels safer, more connected, and more whole.
My prayer is for every woman to know the freedom in her own creation. Thank you for being here.
